One day workshop in Perth on Thursday 21st July 2016 presented by Sally Watson on the key ideas of Marte Meo. The Marte Meo Program is a video based intervention that starts at the level of the client in everyday interactions. The intervention provides a practical approach to supporting development through relationships in everyday communication.

HOW ATTACHMENT THEORY HELPS US GO BEYOND BEHAVIOUR

Instead of using behaviour management or behaviour modification strategies to control children’s behaviour, this seminar is about offering children a closer connection to feel calm. Connecting with adults who can protect them enables children to develop a sense of safety.

Newborn Behavioural Observations training in Perth, Western Australia
The NBO is a structured session designed to help the parent to observe, together with the clinician, their infant's behavioural capacities and to identify the kind of support their infant needs for successful growth and development. It is a relationship-based tool designed to foster the parent-infant relationship.
